The name Toro evokes the Japanese founding fathers of the company dating back to the early 1900’s when they were responsible for supplying their soldiers with armaments. Since then and several decades later, the lawn maintenance segment of the company has gained world-wide attention as it serves the environment in so many ways.
For personal lawn care, Toro carries every conceivable powered machine to make the consumer’s life easier. They produce lawn mowing equipment, leaf blowers, underground sprinkler systems and hedge trimmers, just to name a few. For the commercial needs as in golf courses, they produce larger lawn equipment, spraying equipment and water irrigation products. There is not one stone left unturned in the Toro line of lawn equipment needs.
The Toro models of ride-on mowers vary in style and equipment but they all have one thing in common. A sturdy build, fast speed, a Kawasaki motor and cornering around bushes and trees which is marvellous. The Toro models have a wide cutting swathe and a mulching system which is environmentally friendly.
The larger commercial models for fields and golf courses come equipped with an LCD read out panel which tells the driver when service is required, the outdoor temperature and the petrol gauge. It also comes with an overhead canopy for harsh wet weather or hot sunshine. Of course it is built to run during any weather condition and manoeuvre without problems. The Toro brand name is synonymous with strength, craftsmanship, quality build and environmentally-friendliness. There is undoubtedly a model and equipment available for the consumer at his local garden centre.
